Extruder Machines

At ACE ECO SYSTEMS, we operate four extruder machines with a combined capacity of 625 MT per month, enabling continuous, year-round production of recycled granules. To maintain consistent product quality, we have implemented robust supporting processes across all stages of production.

Washing Line

Our chip-form raw materials are processed through an Indian-manufactured hot washing line, ensuring effective cleaning and uniform quality. This step plays a critical role in maintaining both the required quantity and quality standards of input materials, forming a strong foundation for further processing.

Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

We have an MPCB-compliant Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) at our facility. The treated water from the washing line is reused for raw material washing, supporting sustainable operations and efficient water management.

Quality Testing Laboratory

Our in-house quality testing laboratory ensures consistent and reliable product quality. We are equipped with advanced PCR testing instruments such as a Muffle Furnace, MFI, Izod Impact, and Density testing equipment, enabling us to verify granule properties in accordance with client specifications.

Manpower

The availability of skilled human resources is a key strength of ACE ECO SYSTEMS. We employ 50 qualified and experienced professionals who demonstrate integrity, reliability, and a strong commitment to operational excellence and quality standards.
